All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Because our inventory consists of consigned goods where proceeds are credited promptly to individual local consignors, we ask that all customers thoroughly inspect all items, verify measurements, test electrical components, and check condition prior to purchase. Our staff is always happy to assist with tape measures and plugs.

In addition to our everyday competitive resale prices, we feature scheduled color-tag discounts, clearance markdowns on aged floor pieces, and special promotional holiday sales throughout the year. Be sure to check the color-tag board right by our entrance or ask a floor associate about current day markdowns.

Consignment payouts are calculated based on your agreed split once an item sells. Checks are available for pickup at our store on a regular monthly basis, or you may elect to use your accrued balance as instant store credit toward any showroom purchase.

To maintain our reputation for premium showroom standards, we do not accept items with tears, stains, pet hair, smoke odors, damaged veneer, non-working electronics, or dismantled particle-board furniture. All apparel must be current, clean, and brought in on hangers or neatly folded.
